Melanie graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2012. She also has a B.A. in Political Science from Long Island University, C.W. Post, and an M.S. in Childhood Education in Inclusive Settings from Adelphi University. Since 2014, Melanie has been practicing almost exclusively in the area of employment law, focusing primarily on plaintiff’s side wage cases, wage class actions, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment in the workplace. Melanie practices in federal court, state court, and various agencies that handle employment law disputes and controversies. She has been with Harding Mazzotti’s Employment Law Department since June of 2022.

Melanie is also passionate about dog rescue. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors of a non-profit animal rescue and is a very active and involved volunteer in many aspects of its operations.
